I am a Plumbstock Trade Customer can I buy at my trade prices?
Yes. To buy at your trade price simply login via the red TRADE CUSTOMER button at the top of the website, your trade prices will then be shown.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
On the login page select the forgotten password link. Enter your email and we will send you a temporary password.

As a Plumbstock Trade Customer can I manage my account online?
Yes. You are able to manage your trade account via the red TRADE CUSTOMER login at the top of the website. From here you are able to pay your account, view your order history; in fact manage your entire Plumbstock account.

I have a new credit / debit card, how do I update my payment card details?
You are able to do this via your customer login go to My Account>Payment Details. Select change card link and insert your new card details.

I can’t find the product I’m looking for!

The website is being regularly updated with new products but if you are looking for something in particular that we don’t have listed on the website please get in contact with your local Plumbstock branch and we will do our best to help.

How do I return an item?

Can I see ex and Inc. Vat prices?
Yes. You can toggle between inc. and ex VAT prices via the button top right of the website.

How much will my delivery charge be?

Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order, how much you spend and where you would like them delivered to, the standard cost for delivery of an order under £200 is £5.00 and the standard cost for a ‘big and bulky’ delivery is £15.00.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
If you are a account customers your deliveries can be made to the site address of your choice.
Non account customer’s deliveries can only be made to the address linked to your payment card.

Can I track my delivery?
You will be contacted by email/telephone to arrange a delivery time. Contact plumbstockonline@ridgeons.co.uk to change the agreed delivery time or location.

When will my Click and Collect order be ready to collect?

As soon as we receive your order for collection a member of the team from your chosen branch will pick the items and you will receive a ‘ready for collection’ confirmation email within 2 hours.
